Please join us as we celebrate the wonderful legacy of David G. Jones, lifetime resident of the Fairview community on September 11th and 12th. This is a continuation of the annual gatherings that he hosted at this time every year - a pot-luck barbeque and next-day reunion - that he insisted we carry on in his absence. For this event they are one and the same and open to all comers. There will be note cards available for you to write down any remembrances you may have.

As usual we will be smoking barbeque all day on Friday, and you are welcome to stop by and pay your respects at any time. We plan to begin serving at 6:00 and then open the microphone to all who wish to speak about David and your experiences with him.

Saturday we will again gather to eat, this time at 12:00 noon with an open opportunity to share your thoughts of David and further enjoy the fellowship that he fostered all of his years on earth.

We truly appreciate the flood of messages, calls, hugs, and conversations since his passing and hope you will join us on Friday, Saturday, or both if you wish.
